I can't believe they were able to do that. I couldn't read the reason.
Still I take it you and your fellow Aspenites survived.
They claimed it was because they were replacing their water filtration system. I'm thinking it's actually an economic decision based on the business fall off during off season. To be fair, it's probably a bit of both.
